Fun Facts about Fun Snacks!
-
Where did the name Pizzettos® come from?
When Pizzettos® were first developed they were called Pizza
Poppers, but because there were so many other products with "popper" in the name,
the inventors decided to change the name. The Italian word pezzet means "a little
bit of". So we changed the "e" to an "i" and added a "tos" to come up with Pizzettos® which
stands for "a little bit of pizza."
-
What is the little "®" for in "Pizzettos®"?
The "®" stands for "registered trademark", and this
means that the name "Pizzettos®" is a registered trademark
that can only be used by its owners, Xengaru Fun Foods,
and no-one else can call their product
"Pizzettos®".
-
Why does Pizzettos® taste so much like Pizza?
Pizzettos® are made from real pizza dough, so they are
little pieces of real baked pizza dough.
